Reiki is ‘universal life energy’ so the history of its origin goes back in time as the history of universe itself. 

It is a method of healing that dates back to about 2500 years, but was forgotten about for a long time. Reiki roots come from India having passed through Tibet and China to Japan where Dr Mikao Usui rediscovered it, who headmaster and minister at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.

It is holistic in its approach and works with not only the symptoms and individual experiences, but the root cause of the imbalance as well. The Vedic Yoga Energy Healing works on the similar principles as reiki with the nuance of guided meditation, chakra invocation and emphasizing on awareness of one's state of mind to bring it in focus to help heal. This is also known as self healing technique.

The combination of the two (Reiki & Vedic Yoga) is the most potent in this universe for spiritual and material progress. A person becomes unconditional in their love and limitless in their willpower. 

Reiki helps to restore the body’s natural ability to heal and create balance, it is about your connection with a higher power or the 'Absolute', to help you heal.

People who have a nagging feeling that something in their life, body or mind is out of balance or feel like they are struggling within themselves and their environment, usually find Reiki at the perfect time for them. The fact that you are reading this,  could be the sign that your body and mind is ready to heal and experience growth.

Reiki works with the energetic, physical and emotional aspects of the individual to address imbalances on all levels.

You will complete a confidential client history form that outlines, the areas in your body and life that you would like the session to focus on. This will also help the practitioner to monitor your progress from session to session. Once you have asked any questions you have, you will lie fully clothed on a therapy table and relax. The practitioner will place their hands above your body over various parts in a sequential method. If you are taking advantage of distance Reiki then you will lie down in a comfortable space of your choosing and the Practitioner will send you distance energy healing. Crystal Reiki combines the intentions inherent in the properties of crystals and the energy of Reiki, the universal life force to create a powerful and refined energetic conduit you can use to help yourself and others balance on all levels. 

The Traditional system of Reiki is extremely powerful and effective and I am honored to teach it and include in my life each day. The Reiki energy you will be working within this guide is the same energy, but you will be releasing any conditioning you have had around the possibilities of working with the universal life force. 

Crystal Reiki helps improve your bodies, minds, and lives with the extra support of an external energy. Crystal Reiki utilizes the frequencies that reside within the earth and amplifies them through the power of Reiki energy. By infusing these powerful vibrations with the consciousness of Reiki energy, the shifts can be targeted and profound. 

Crystal Reiki has the potential to connect you with the rising consciousness around you and help you align with it and use it to help yourself and others. As we connect and in a state of presence use Reiki energy to amplify the energy of the crystals we work with, that energy can in turn positively impact the earth so that a symbiotic relationship can be created. 

Animals are very sensitive to energy and love receiving Reiki energy. I perform effective Reiki sessions with animals using a hands on methods or from a distance. This non-invasive therapy makes it ideal for working with all kinds of animals, from domestic pets to wildlife. 

It is essentially meditating with your animals. But in a broader sense, Reiki is a spiritual system cultivating compassionate intention, which in turn may bring about healing transformation. The practice of Reiki helps us navigate life’s challenges with grace and surrender, while we learn to listen and be present for others in a compassionate space.

During a Reiki session, animals often experience a deep state of peace as the Reiki clears imbalances, allowing for new and harmonious patterns of health and wellness to emerge. Physical contact is not a requirement for Reiki and traditionally, the practitioner offers Reiki to the animal hands off. This way, the animal controls the treatment, either accepting Reiki from a distance or settling themselves against the practitioner's hands. Many people have unique experiences in connecting with and learning from the animals themselves. 

Why are so many animal lovers drawn to Reiki? It is because animals resonate at a higher vibration than humans, and they attract us into their lives so that we may learn and heal as they offer us their unconditional love.

Have you ever entered a room and for no logical reason, got the creeps? You know, you were uneasy while you were in there, but felt okay again when you left. Before you answer, let me clarify a bit further.

So when I ask “have you ever entered a room and got the creeps?”, the room in question would be considered a normal ‘everyday’ room. Perhaps it’s in the middle of the day – maybe even full of people in a work environment – but you felt really uneasy there and couldn’t put your finger on why? If you said “Yes” to that question, don’t worry – you’re not alone in that experience and you’re not crazy!

It could be a feeling of general unease, maybe sadness, anger, frustration, or some other negative feeling. Chances are, the room’s energy is circulating at a certain vibration, and your energy is on another – you and the room are sort of ‘rubbing’ each other the wrong way, so to speak.

In short, Space Clearing is a way to ‘clear out’ – or move on – negative energy which is filling a space, and then replacing it with positive, loving energy. For me, the process is also the acknowledgement of the negative energy, the focusing on it, and then the healing of it.

Space Clearing Reiki and Energy Cleanse can be done in person or distance. 

Distance Healing

I will ask you to provide me with a floor plan of your home. This can be hand-drawn and does not have to be perfect. I need to know the basic layout of the rooms within the home.  Before I begin, I will center, ground, and cleanse myself with Reiki, meditation, and sage.  I will also cleanse my office with Reiki and sage.  I will set up a crystal grid and place it over your floor plan and I will make the connection to your home.  I will then hold my hands over the grid and floor plan to channel Reiki while mentally going through each room of your home and perform the cleansing.  

In person, In Home Healing

Reiki and energy clearing, will be performed in your home and in person. I will begin the clearing at the front doorway and will work my way through each room of the house in a clockwise rotation, using reiki energy symbols and other space cleansing techniques.

After clearing the old and stagnant energies from the home, I will fill each room with Reiki and higher positive vibrational energies.

Sacred geometry is present all around us in nature. Flowers and plants beautifully display the shapes that are the blueprint for all of creation in a language of light and love.

These blueprints that make up our world have been used for centuries as a way of elevating consciousness. 

Grids can draw energy in or send it outwards. With these grids, we are combining the specific design elements of creation with the power of crystals and Reiki energy. 

Examples of grids used in history include Stonehenge which is a heptagon. Pyramids are grids formed by octahedrons. Some scientists have applied grids over the earth and highlighted landmarks with an exceptional energetic activity that is in perfect alignment with the gridlines. 

The crystals you place in a grid have a specific resonance that is associated with various energetic properties. The grid will assist in transmitting that energy to the intended recipient for the highest good of all concerned.
